I'm currently representing a young start-up, which uses a software platform to help people to find the best entertainment packages according to their personality.
To continue their successful business growth, they are looking for a Delivery Manager (EOS Implementer) to be the brain of the company, as well as helping the CEO to transform great ideas into practice.
Key activities:
- Guiding the leadership team and hold it accountable to the delivery projects.
- Being a strong advocate for best practices across the business, solving issues and driving delivery processes throughout the organisation.
- Work closely to the CEO to ensure the company vision is carried out in a systematic and organised way.
- Working across the organisation to ensure the business plan is achieved and exceeding P&L objectives.
Main Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience related.
- Ambitious person.
- Strong project and people management skills.
- This candidate will be highly perceptive, organised, with a strong logistics head and strategic thinking.
- Be able to identify gaps in terms of both team and business strategy.
- Good understanding of similar software platforms.
- Strong experience working with international development teams to ensure delivery of projects.
- Strongly familiar with digital marketing and EOS methodology.
Salary package:
- Up to 65k + bonus + benefits.
